On The Porch.

We don't actually use our porch for eating too much.. for a couple of reasons, one being that the scenery isn't that optimum, not a big deal but not that inviting.. another is that it is normally a bit too hot here in FL to actually sit out and really enjoy food.. but in December, on the right day you can definitely make good of it. So.. what to do with a cool day, left over cheese and cured meats? Have yourself a French bite on the patio..

meats:
sopresseta
prosciutto
hard Italian salami

cheese:
muenster
bleu
la vache qui rie
havarti
soft walnut spread (cannot think of the name for anything..)

We had a cuban loaf, garlic toasts and water crackers. Also whole grain mustard and babaghanouj

Enjoy.. I'm ready for another day off.. =P

Beautiful pictures and it shows me that I should take time to make my pictures more beautiful like yours. I guess after working in the field one wants to eat right away, so my hubby gets impatient if I take too long in presenting for my photos :)

I plan to follow you, I have noticed your wonderful work for a while.

Nice wine choice! And the porch dining looks wonderful. I too currently live where summer on the porch can be a bit too warm...but fo me, if a fly even touches my food...I'm done. Nice blog.
