Between trying to be more healthy and not having a whole lot of time... we have come up with these dishes the passed two nights. Not a whole lot of of wow, but a lot of yum.

It's from Fantastic Foods brand.. "The Nature Burger".. the simplest vegetarian food, ever! I did pull their list of ingredients off the website though..
I will admit that particular item from them is a bit bland and since we weren't eating them as traditional burgers, I needed something to kick them up. =)

What's in the veggie burger? Did you make it yourself? I would never have thought of putting bbq on a veggie burger, sounds yummy.

BROWN RICE, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (YELLOW PEAS, GREEN PEAS, ONIONS, POTATOES, GARLIC, TOMATOES, CELERY, CARROTS, RED BELL PEPPERS), BARLEY, ORGANIC BULGUR WHEAT, WHOLE OATS, SESAME SEEDS, TEXTURED SOY FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT FLAKES, SOY SAUCE POWDER (WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT), YEAST, EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, YEAST EXTRACT, SEA SALT, SPICES.
