Drive Me.

What drives you to take photos of food? What feelings do you get when you re-take the same picture 15 times just to get the right angle, lighting or emotion.. yes, that's it.. emotion. That is what DRIVES me to take the photos.. perhaps that is one of the heaviest elements in photography? The emotion felt as the photographer captures the image and the emotion felt from the viewer or photographer himself looking at the photo, thinking about it, understanding it.. The first emotion is the best.. whether it be love, happiness, sexual, sadness, etc.. food is so full of all of these emotions and derivatives of the like.. such as whimsical, lush, bold.. I have to admit, when looking thru fellow bloggers sites, it's your photos that excite and keep me coming back.. you may have great stories, recipes and anecdotes but if you lack in the photo department.. or in the quality of the photo department; chances are - I'm not stopping back by.. I'm positive there are plenty of folks that read blogs, to read.. but not I, the 4 year old comes out in me and I just want the pictures.. they inspire, make me think, make me wonder.. I also admit I love the banter and sharp wit that some bring to their blog, I obviously DO read some of the blogs that I look at daily because it's interesting to get a peek into other people's world's... My examples of my photos emitting different feelings..
