Mojito Wednesday.

Ok, it's kind of like every day... well.. not every single day, whatever, you get the idea.

Anyhow, yesterday ended up being another long, jam packed day.. and at the end of that day, only pork tacos and mojitos seem like the way to cope.

We are getting more moved in and more settled as each day goes by. My family has been absolutely kick ass, not only did they help us clean our new place, today they cleaned up our old apartment top to bottom and surprise! Had a washer & dryer delivered to our house today!

I cannot be more thankful for the people around me.. I am treated very well and I appreciate them all in the deepest way.

As for tonight's dinner.. clueless as yet. Looks like left over's will play the lead role! Tomorrow is Friday isn't it? Yeaaa..
