So, if you stopped by my blog a few days ago you would have noticed a since deleted post mentioning some difficult trials currently happening in my world.. if you didn't read that post, read back a sentence. I am not going to go into details as I don't literally think I can talk, contemplate or spend another second pondering the situation without wanting to shove my head in the sand. Because of all this, I have been away from my own home staying with family and trying my best to stay stress free and somewhat relaxed, I'd say this week I achieved atleast a 4 on the stress free scale, with 10 being optimum. I admit that it is nice being here, not having to be concerned with dishes, laundry, sweeping, wiping, folding, dusting, picking up, moving, really thinking? I've been treated like a true guest, with a hot dinner awaiting me every night, served sharply at 6:00. I've gotten into a bed that I didn't have to make, and I have found clean clothes waiting for me everyday.. if only I were out of the same city I live in, I could call this a damn vacation! Until a couple years ago, I've always ragged on my grandma for her simple, all american food.. as of this week I've down right loved it..and even indulged in it a bit.. and tonight, I might make brownies from a box! Oh the horrors... I'll do my best to keep some regularity in my blogging diet. Stay tuned...
