Nothing better after a long day than homemade chimmichurri atop a beautiful tostada... it's the perfect creation, crunchy, tangy, spicy, creamy...mmmm mmmness! I actually faked this chimmichurri quite a bit due to a few missing ingredients and a couple kitchen glitches but it still turned out quite nice and very enjoyable.
