Hello folks.. hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! It was a quiet one here, was happy to spend it with my husband and family. We didn't even cook! It was such a perfect, relaxing day.. the week before though we traveled up to my Mom's home, with my older brother in tow.. we sat around the fire, roasted marshmallows, had amazing burgundy beef per Boy Chef..I've been lucky to have a couple of really nice, relaxing weekends full of fun and laughs.. Life is good...
On another yummy note, Boy Chef has been improving his pizza making technique... the below amazingness is sausage, apples, ny sharp white cheddar and a roasted pepper spread as the "sauce"... it was absolutely....delish.
