Happy 4th All. Hope everyone had a great & fun one.. Is it August yet? I am so ready for a relaxing vacation with boy & dog. ;]
It has been raining here.. every, single,day.. and night! I am in absolute heaven..and it presented the perfect type of atmosphere for a good soup or stew, I made this a couple of nights go and it was paired with garlic cheese bread (amazing..) but today we had just enough for two small bowls and it seemed like a perfect vehicle for a soft poached egg.. and it was, buttery creamy goodness amongst sweet tomato broth and hints of cinnamon. Delightful, really.

This looks awesome! I sort of have a special love for runny eggs over unexpected food. It doesn't reflect in my blog so much because the food is usually devoured before the camera is found...a habit I need to try to break.
Also, I like your header! I believe it's new, although thanks to Google Reader I have another bad habit of rarely visiting the actual blogs. EKK!
Kacey..I have a new found love for eggs so we may be seeing more of this in the future! ;] and yes, with the help of my loving husband, we re-created the blog a little ;]
